Yes. Before mass production, there is a golden sample for you to approve. Only then does production start, and the goods are later inspected against exactly this sample.
We work directly with factories rather than traders and check their registration, certificates and references in advance. Before loading, an AQL inspection takes place at the factory. Additional inspections or a factory audit are available on request.
With sourcing, we are the importer and handle customs and import entirely, you receive the goods duty paid with a German invoice. With the Buying Office, you are the importer, and we coordinate the forwarder, HS codes and clearance for you.
That depends on the product, the production time and the shipping route. Sea freight is standard, air or rail freight is available on request. You get the exact timeline with your quote.
With sourcing, OriginX is your German contractual partner and is liable to you. So you never have to deal with a factory in China. To make sure it doesn't come to that, every shipment is inspected before dispatch.
